Is the superchips chip just to take the boost limit off or does it do somthing with the timing aswell? also does this make it unlimited boost or does it still have a higher limit, say 18 psi?

i dont know if superchips made a chip that allows more than
15 psi, i have 2 superchips chipped ecu's and they both wont
allow more than 15 psi?
