only seems to boost in 1st gear
as title, only really seems to boost in 1st gear, but boost gauge read 0.7 bar in all gear just don't seem to want to go, change the ecu and still no better, can hear the turbo and seems to dump the same in all gears, pulled off act pipe and then it boosts it's nuts off (only cut the boost in once in 3rd gear to see what would happen).
really lost now can anyone help?

you mean, car pulling good in first gear, in other gears wont pull hard but have 0.7 bar of boost?
check fueling at load and ignition timing first.
