Default no compression in number 3

was driving my car hard last night, this mornin it decided 2 run like a bag of shit which got worser n worser, changed plugs n leads, did compression test an number 3 has nothin, do u think it cud be a head casket or burnt out valve? i jus had it set up 2 days ago cheers

is there any drops of water or anything coming out of the exhaust

are you losing any fluids

nope no water out exhaust, was bit low on oil jus topped it up

piston ring , head gasket or valve stem oil sills

there the only thing i can think of.

Wont be that bad. Rings are about £60 then fitting them is a day job, depending on skill level.

it carnt be the head gasket burnt out between the cylinders coz he says its only 1 cyl with no comp if its burnt out there would be 2 cylinders with no comp

took head off 2day, valves n pistons look ok, gasket had snapped, replaced it, put head bk on, did compression test, all 4 are ok now, but it still runs terrible on tick ova at 400 rpm, i dare not drive it, do u think it cud b a hydraulic?

i had it set up last thurday on dyno he adjusted the timing then, will i need timing adjusting again since the head bin on an off agen cheers

If you have moved the position of the distributor then the timing will have changed. It allways a good idea to get it checked anyway.
