wot power can i run through my standard box without havin to repair it every 200 miles

depends how you drive it mate! if you launch it hard they wont last long!
i run a standard box with 230 bhp/252lb/ft torque and never launch it hard so its lasted over 4 years!

off the mark is what does the damage! i only give mine the beans when already moving and in at least 2nd gear
