Default Zetec Turbo Conversion/Engine Mounts

Hi,

I am thinking of upgrading to a 2l zetec turbo engine in my S2 Turbo and would like to know what I would have to do to the engine bay to fit the engine and what engine mounts Id have to use.

Many thanks

The engine mount should be modified as per Jim Hearne's instructions for a ZVH engine. Rest is pretty much pipework.

Jim's ZVH site seem to be down at teh moment at:
www.quantums.info/zvh.htm
but it's quite obvious when you try to fit the standard cvh mount on the zetec. The block has four mounting holes, the mount has 3, and two of the ones line up as is. It's all about if you want to weld material to the mount for using a third bolt for security.

You also have to cut a bit away where the 16v head hit the mount
