whats needed for zvh conversion?
hiya people thinkin about building a new lump for my escort rs t ive heard the 2litre zetec bottom end is as strong as an ox and you just put the cvh head on it is this all straight forward will it drop straight in my car please help thanks

There's a bit more to it than that (block oil ways and dropping the compression, water pump adapter plate and cam belt tensioner etc). You'll also need to have quite a lot of headwork done to get the gasses flowing and to prevent the engine running out of balls at about 5.5krpm.
The general consensus these days is the ZVH conversion isn't all it was hyped up to be and you're better off either going full Zetec turbo or building a proper CVH.
