Nothing wrong with the standard T3 manifold is there? I know oif more than one car making 300bhp or so on the Ford item so it can't be a bad bit of kit

But it may actually harm the power. Less torque etc.

Jamie, constructively, on a 300bhp RST with a standard Manifold, what characteristics would you expect by switching to a tubular manifold? More/Less lag? More top end power?

Serious question.

When we fit a tubular manifold to a standard 'ish 200SX, they become dull and lacking in torque. At 250-300bhp, we fit a standard manifold by choice on those, where possible. Different car I know.

On many of the tubular manifolds, the collector is just terrible.

2mm, Wafer thin?? So, how thick are manifolds that you have experienced then? I no longer have the Polish manifold, but only because I sourced something I liked more.

2mm in enough in my opinion, but I went on the cautious side this time with 3mm. I guess we will see within the next few weeks how this will work out. The wastegate is in a slightly different place now and I have just finished building the screamer pipe, although there are further changes planned for that once it is all up and running.

The thing I like most about it is I have done it ALL myself. I don't owe any thanks to anyone, well except Gary for letting me use his resources.
