Any good brand 10/40 or 15/50 semi oil is fine.

A cvh isn't design'd to run modern fully syn oils, as the machine'd tolerance's in the engine are to large, which need thicker oil to stop damage.

i work in a car accessories store and i rang millers, mobil 1, castrol etc... to see what they recomended.

each one said their "motorsport" oil which is a full syn 3 ester oil.

there all either 10w/60 or 5w/50

after all the ringing round i ended up using millers cfs 10w/60 as they seemd the most clued up and were very helpful.
