Default Lumpy tickover

Mate has just bought a rs, but when its ticking over it runs lumpy, like its on 3 cylinders, but it aint, its ok once you start reving it just when its sitting idleing.

What first bits your look at? Check at few bits but not sure where to go next, thing it needs a good service!
