Default best lift/duration for 1.9L 2.0L 2.1L turbo stroker motors

any info what you guys are running and successful at that please let me know

btw this will be with double valve springs on a 2000cc SPI CVH head... 55cc combustion chamber volume.. maybe a few more cc's.. with the stock 1.75inch(44.45mm) intake valves and 1.5inch(38.1mm) exhaust valves..

also if you converted over to hydrolic lifters in your ERST's what brand do you recommend.. thanks!

(please no 'dont do this' or dont do that, save your money, type responses thanks)

We don't have that configuration of engine over here, so I would be surprised if you get any useful replies.

Our 1600CVH's run on Hydraulic lifters as standard.
