Hello - does anyone know a safe limit that my s2 air charge temperatures should go to? Just fitted an act guage but dont have a clue what it should be reading When i was arsing it yesterday it went to 60 degrees. Running a pace cooler at the mo

dont worry until you are over 70 degrees, but of course the lower the better.

spot on - ive heard some bad things about pace coolers - cooling the air no better than the standard cooler? If its true which ones are the best?

Unless you buy the big Daddy Pace intercooler which is the absolute bollocks

The diddy Pace is better than stock but typically it struggles. Saying that I've just fitted a diddy Escort RS Pace intercooler to my Fiesta as the chargecooler was doing my head in.

idealy you want to be seeing 30-40oC after a top speed run.


the colder the better, unless your running a carb turbo, and then it freezes the carb.
