Default Strut Braces... Any good?

Hi, just wondering if they are worth having on a MK 4 RST? Have never driven a car with one on so not really sure if its worth it? They look good, just after some opinions really

Cheers

Ive got front & rear strut braces on my car i was like you abit sceptical about whether it would do any thing but i'd certainly get a front one the rear didnt really feel like it did much but i already had my roll cage in so that might of stiffened it up already.

Had my RST and my previous 306 Turbo with a front strut and it does make a difference, The car corners a lot better with one on!

PS

Does anyone has a picture of a rear one fitted?

Thanks
