Warm them up with a blow lamp then get a good fitting (not worn ) 6 sided socket.
From my personal experiance they are not that tight.

As above.
if doing above, and they are siezed, the studs will snap before rounding.
Also try tapping them each with a hammer 1st, and if you got the time, leave it soaked in WD40.

Hmmm tried the six sided socket after soaking in wd40...used all the strength i had...not one moved :AJ:
Will try heating them up tomorrow, otherwise im going to have to leave it to a garage i think
