Cossie fuel pump...

Will the cossie fuel pump that people use as an uprated item work on an efi car (orion) ?

No because efi pumps are in the tank. Unless it's a turbo conversion with the old exterior pump still being used then yes

What is the best option to take, can you uprate the fuel pump for an EFi car or is it best to just go the RS tank and pump route ?

Does anyone know how well the standard EFi pump will flow / what sort of power is attainable with it?

the pump is 2hire pressure i think

it is 12 bar on an mfi car and about 2.5 bar on an efi car

not the exact numbers but i no there is a big difference

You need the Escort Cossie Bosch 003 pump for the EFI tank. Or the Walbro EFI in tank pump.

A standard Escort pump will be fine but not as good as the above 2 which will usually flow fuel for around 350bhp mark on a Cossie.

Bosch 023 pump will provide more fuel than any of the above.
