Default URGENT - Water leak.

... I'm not after one, not another.

The lovely ( ) change in weather has very kindly ( ) pointed out a blocked pipe.

I got in my S2 to find that my arse became wet, and the drips were getting my leg wet aswell.

The leak is from the roof.
I'm guessing the driver side gutter has become blocked and the water is backing up to the roof then the only way is through small gaps

A very kind mate has just helped try to get some wire down the gutters. The passenger side goes (as far as we can see) right to behind the front wheel. The driver side goes down to where the a-pillar goes straight down (on the bend).

Is there a way to remove the a-pillar trim from the inside of the car to get to the gutter pipe, so we can blast some air down the pipe and hopefully clear out what ever is blocking it?

Tried again this morning to free up what ever is blocking the pipe.

Tried a compressor, but it sounds like the air is just shooting back up the gutter pipe.
Might try taking the arch lining out next week to see if we can get at it there.

Civic Type R's worth having ?

YOU CAN GET TO THE GUTTER FROM BEHIND THE SPEAKER, IT CAN BE A PAIN IN THE ARSE BUT TRY TO PULL IT OUT THEN FEED A PIECE OF WIRE UP IT.

get it from the bottom to blow it back out the top, no use poking it from the top down!

It was the pipe that was blocked. Lots of crap flew out the top of the roof when we aimed the compressor up the pipe.
Tried a few times pouring water into the pipe after clearing it, and its as good as the passenger side now
