psi on 1 turn of -34 actuator
right got my -34 on now,how much psi increase is there with 1 turn of the actuator rod
currently running just over 16 psi with no bleed,so would ideally like to get the actuator down to its lowest(14psi)
so how much psi will it go up or down with on 1 full turn of a -34

Put it on so that it just fits ok with the wastegate just closed.
Then try it and see what its doing.
You can then shorten the rod a half turn at a time until you get the boost your after.

I may be wrong but i don't think you can directly relate half a turn or whatever to a specific increase amount.
Try giving it half a turn and see what you notice, but you will have to clip the arm back on, if you just push it over as suggested above as soon as you hit boost it'll fall off the waste gate arm.

I meant clip it back on, i should have said
According to the workshop manual a standard RST actuator is about 0.33 psi per half turn.
I recently set up a -31 on my car but it was hard to tell the difference in psi because my boost guage is in bar. I would estimate maybe just less than 1psi per half turn...
