Default anti roll bar bushes,, what size
is it true there are 22mm and 24mm ones

what differs to what model etc...

XR3i and RST has the 24mm. 22mm on most carb'ed ones.

You 100% on that?

Im sure the XR3i ones are 22mm and RS ones are 24mm, i could be wrong though.

Not 100%, but I know that some 1.6 and even 1.4 are on 24mm depending on country and model year.
