Rear suspension arms, as mine are shagged, one has actually snapped :O, so I cant use the car until I get the replacement part, ive told him this but its not made any difference. Also got some rear koni's + springs as I already have fronts but no rears.

There aint many scrappies around here, and ive been to 3 who have no escorts / orions, and any other scrappies are about 70+ miles away.

Well, today I got a reply from paypal (about fookin time - been about 10 weeks since we started talking about the items)
This is the reply I got (I paid Ł110)
We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favour.
We were able to recover 15.46 GBP, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted.
If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.
If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.
So, do I only get Ł15.46? are they gonna try and recover the rest for me? this has turned into such a nightmare I am so wound of with this c*nt its unbelievable.

that means the sellers paypal account isnt verified so you don't qualify for buyer protection.
For the mean time thats all you will get back, but i have had the full amount recovered before now but it took a while after the email like that was sent to me

Personally mate, if that was me........i'd be ringing him phone non stop, and probably even go down there with a big fuckin bar or sumthin!
Touch wood i've been very lucky on ebay, and have only really been messed around just recently on a Ł15 lockset that was missing a lock (which i paid by cheque for and did have my doubts about) but i gave them hell over it!

I sent him shitty email today saying I want my money back. He says he aint gonna give me a refund, he'll get the parts out to me.
But tbh, he originally said to me that parts where fucked when he took em off the car and he would send me new parts, and the bullshit just continued....
