you dont have to take the manifold off and you dont have to take the rad out. the only gasket's you will need is for the turbo oil return pipe!
if your handy with the spanners you can do it in 4 hour's, no problem

theres a bit in the front panel thats took out it to aid get the turbo and manifold out,but you really need muck about with angles not to chip front panel

undo manifold bolts
remove air filter box to gain access to lower hoses
remove all hoses and oil feed
remove header tank
get a piece of cardboard to put behind your rad so you dont damage it
undo exhaust down pipe bolts and your done
