you will if you dont want to chip all your front panel
i found it easier just removing the header tank and it slides out that side

can i do it leavin the manifold on the head or do i have to take it off as well? just think as i need to order gaskets ans things?

you dont have to take the manifold off and you dont have to take the rad out. the only gasket's you will need is for the turbo oil return pipe!
if your handy with the spanners you can do it in 4 hour's, no problem :top:

theres a bit in the front panel thats took out it to aid get the turbo and manifold out,but you really need muck about with angles not to chip front panel

undo manifold bolts
remove air filter box to gain access to lower hoses
remove all hoses and oil feed
remove header tank
get a piece of cardboard to put behind your rad so you dont damage it :D
undo exhaust down pipe bolts and your done

but in all honesty, it isnt a very hard job, not considering alot of the jap and french stuff that comes into work that takes a good 3hours plus until you can even get to the turbo.

its actually a delight to work on a cvh as everything is fairly easy to get to, except when youve spent £££'s and the cunt still aint right
