my car has what i think is the standard actuator on it not sure, its been chipped at some point in its life. its pretty much standard apart from the usual filter, exhaust etc.

i had it rolling road tuned a few month ago and when i got it back it was boosting good. whipped straight up to 1 bar then dropped to 0.7 and held there.

now ive wound it up a bit more( got bored :P ) and its boosting 1.2 bar then all of a sudden just drops down and holds 0.85- 9 bar.

can this boost peak be stopped so it just holds a constant 1.2 bar instead of dopping off?

 

try a new actuator mate. sounds like its ur problem!!

 

Yep gotta agree there mate eith ya',could well be a weak actuator

Look for a possible leak on boost hoses aswell mate it could be that

Try a -31 actuator.

That will hold your boost better
