i assume its not coolant cause you would've smelt it.
been through this twice with mine now. first time was the heater dumping all the coolant into the car and i just sorted it again but it was the sunroof. the drains in the sunroof ran down the pillars but the outlet in the floorpan was blocked so it built up and leaked out into the footwell.

Will strip the seats etc out the weekend and check the sun roof drain pipes out

others can be from rear arches,back window seals,top of tailgate,sunroof,by sitting in it and running water over these areas youll soon find out where its from,and i would get rid of the sound deadenin as it smells like a sewer when wet

hi, yeah i had this problem it was leaking so i kept my car under the cover, and when some butmunch put a brick through my windscreen i went to change it and there was loads of rust underneath and the windscreen seal wasnt sealing properly lol.
i know itrs a big job but its what happened to me.
wouldnt have found out where it was if it wasnt cause of having to replace it lol.
