hey all i need a lil help i am looking for a set of core plugs for my rst and am not finding them too well, i have heard about pattern ones not being too good so was wondering if anyone could tell me who sells some good ones, also am looking for an exhaust manifold gasket, thanks.

Have you tryed ford im sure they will still do them and the gasket.

get a ford gasket. proper bit of kit. i put one from burton in and the fucking thing delaminated within a hundred miles went to ford for a proper one and so far no troubles. plus it looks so much better made.

our ford around here doesnt stock and cant get the core plugs anymore unless someone wouldnt mind going to their local ford and finding out and possibly getting me some and i am doing some repairs to my car next week and need them. thanks
