How low on a Series 2 ???
I have a Escort Series 2 that at the minute is at standard height.
I want to lower it but im not sure how low to go.
Obviously i don't want it scraping the floor as one of my old ones was like this and i was sick of replacing the gearbox driveshaft seals.
Does anyone have any pics and say how much its lowered please.
Also where is good to get some springs from.
Cheers
Gavin

I have supplied a few sets of -30mm Cobra springs to people on here and I run them myself. They are very nice and provide a firm, yet comfortable ride. The best choice IMO.

This pic makes it look lower than it is but thats because most of the engine is in the boot,
Christian, will bear that in mind mate, do you have any side on pics?

25mm drop mate - as far as I've gone. Car sits nice, handles well, speed bumps are OK (ish) and looks nice.

Not sure how low my old one was, but my problem was the drive shaft angle was ridiculas so kept killing the seals.
