Default Crankshaft bearings

Morning Gents!

Is it possible to change the big end/main bearings with the engine in situ, ie from underneath with the sump off?

yep GUP is right mate,, you could take the box off and do it but on MFI with the ABS pumps and shit it will be easier to drop the engine out, where as i have had the ABS removed and is easir for me to drop the box as i have a 2 post ramp..

Right, let me get this right....

Big end bearings = bearings at the big ends of the rods, between the rods and the cranks

Main bearings = Crankshaft rotational bearings in/on the block

Have I got that right??
