Default handling problem, please help!

ive got a problem with the steering on my s2, when im driving i have to have the wheel turned to the left slightly just to go forward, ive just replaced the bottom arms and the steering rack and had it 4 wheel aligned but on the motorway yesterday the problem was worse than ever,
any ideas what it could be?? the pass side drivehaft is just starting to get a bit noisy so im going to change that this week, but would it make it do this????????
ive also noticed that when i go over a bump with the pass front wheel it steers that way, im very confused, im thinking it cold be the arb bushes but dont know

pleeeeease help

cheers big matt
