Problems with the central locking on my new custom S1

Admittedly it didnt work when I bought the car, the bloke said it was just a split wire.
I didnt think it would be too much of a problem sorting it.

Had a look and he was right, one of the wires had split from the switch, that little
black thing, which was just resting in the bottom of the door. Repaired that and it works fine. Tryed to
work out how to connect it it to the lock and now im stuck

There are no obvious ways to secure it to either the door or lock, maybe im missing a bracket?
and no rods to connect it to the lock either

Can anyone shed some light on this please, im having an
alarm fitted sat so want to sort it asap!!
