a Standard RST Gearbox/Rev Limit on 195/50/15's will top out at 148mph maximum.

I have seen my Speedo starting to come back up the other side, so I guess if you carried on the Speedo Markings, I was probably doing around 185 ish.

An CVH RST that can exceed 150mph in a measured distance, say less than 2 miles, is going some, in my opinion. 155+ takes something a little special.

only easy way of telling top speed is getting clocked by police or road angel as this works off gps its totally accurate, my old rs2000 hit 135 but angel said i was doing 128

Well lads that posts lasted around a year got u all arguing, and it was just wrote to piss thrush. I have a mondeo st220, the limiter came in at what read 157 on the clock, how accurate is that? I also hit the one 160 in my 2wd sapp cos, but then came a cloud of smoke and a full bottom end rebuild. Good to say us matlock crew can still get on the front of performance ford, Grudge match.

Well my mk3 cabby's got a S2 lump with a S1 box, hit the rev limiter in 5th and the clock was only reading 130-135
