Whats the max for standard 1.8 zetec pistons?
My car has been running 1.8 zvh for the past 2 years or so no problems, its been running (holding) 1 bar boost, front mounted cooler etc so around 190-200bhp at a guess.
Im now fitting a newman cam & stage 3 turbo then im looking at getting it set up on rollers.
What sort of power are you guy's getting with this kind of spec & how far can i go on standard pistons?

standard at the mo, i've been told that standard zetec piston dont like anymore than about 16psi? whats the most i should get on standard management anyway?

in the two years ive been searching the net and planning a 1800 zetec turbo (after i finish my current CVH EFI Gotech!) , it seems that the max boost with skimmed pistons is 1 bar......
