cossie or EFI management conversion?
I'm thinking about getting rid of the Mfi on My S2 it's so unreliable. do i go for cossie management or Efi? i'm looking for a reliable fairly priced conversion for about 200bhp.
what would you guys n gals recommened and what sort of price can i expect to pay for either? also is there another alternative to these for similar money?
Thanks in advance

Depends really.
Oddkidd does cossie managment which comes in at a little over 2 grand.
Jamsport does Gotech at about 1300 plus injectors plus an EFi inlet.
APT does OMEX for about 2 grand.
Converting to Ford EFi (Fiesta Turbo stuff) from a tuner is going to cost about a grand if you were to supply the ECU and what not.
The Ford stuff is fairly limited and only really worth it if you're doing the conversion yourself, when it works out at a really cheap option.
From a tuner I'd be going for Cossie or aftermarket.
The next choice is where is closest to you, and who YOU trust to work on your car.

I was expecting similar prices.
which is better for around the 200bhp mark? for driveability etc...
Need to get rid of My Mfi. i'm forever having problems with it.
I live in stoke so places close to me are collins, turbosystems, GT Motorsport. not sure who to use really. how hard is it to change to Efi If i do it myself ?

s1kid,Off topic, but is that a 16i spoiler on your S1 in the siggy?
Rab, You can do mine for me is it easy enough to keep all the sensors in the bay like header tank level, oil dipstick, washer level etc?

Here we go again with the same management discussion. IMO, go with whichever management that suits your needs and comes with good tuning software that you can have with it. Wouldn't touch OE stuff even with a long stick if it's for a car that you wan't to tune and modify regularly.
