Default what oil?
hi guys, ive booked a session on the rollers on monday. im gonna do a oil change before i go.

what oil do u guys use. im running about 200bhp. what rate shall i use.

Mobil 1 motorsport 15w 50 is what i and most guys recomend although im tempted to give Silkolene a try next oil change

i've been using mobil one for a while now and can't grumble although it is hard to get and is pretty pricey to boot.
