Hi mate,
I had a misfire on my turbo after fitting a new head gasket and a new cam mine is a piper one, i was timing it up using the new pully that come with the cam kit, my misfire turned out to be that the top dead centre point on the cam pully is not top dead centre i took the 19mm bolt out of the cam and found that the woodruf key was facing down towards the bottom end and this is wrong the woodruf key should face up towards the bonnet as the woodruf key is the ture top dead centre coulb be worth have a look mate

found out what the misfire was!!!!! Took the new cam back out and on inspection the lobe on exhaust valve on no. 4 piston was rounded instead of being lobe shape! this seems to me to have been like this from new as it was missfireing from the first turn of the key! so has anyone had a faulty cam from kent?
