squeeking when turning right!

squeeking when turning right!
whenever i turn right i get a irregular squeeking, it sounds like its coming from the front left hand side of the car and it disappears completely when i go left.
any suggestions?

after driving today it does sound as though its a brake pad catching on the disc.
had MOT earlier in the week and they said the brakes were binding and fixed it and its been happening since. may take it back to them

are there any solutions that i can try to stop my pad catching on the disc before i go to the garage as i HATE taking my car to a garge. Everytime i go it always comes back broken in some way

i had this with my cabby its the wheel bearing, if you jack it up there probably isn't any play in it but give it a week and it will start crunching. when i went to fix mine the centre hub was badly worn so i had to replace that aswell

I had a similar problem once. Was a loose screw at the alternator in the end, making the belt starting to squeek when cornering. After I've tightened it, it has never occured again.
I don't really believe that this is also the case on your car, but just give it a check as it can be done so easily.

could also be the rubber cv joint boot as this will rub together when cornering while checking it make sure its got plenty of grease in it
