What do you do with regards to wiring up ecu relay and fuel pump relay as im going to be doing this to my mk3. Also I take it the rev counter will then be wrong due to the dis unit?

Q: Do I need an EFi dash pod for my car?
A: No, you can run a wire from pin 11 on the E-DIS unit, to the back of your dash pod, to the tachometer input. This will give you a clean RPM signal.

this above is at the bottom of the page on this link

I used a fiesta turbo block so it had the EFi flywheel and CPS already there

if you keep the escort turbo charge pipe you will need to get a bit of Samco that will reduce the sizes down (the fiesta turbo throttle body is bigger)

any more questions just give me a shout

thanks, if i choose just to use the 1.8cvh alternator pulley on my 1.6 alternator, will it be a straight swap and then the pulleys will line up? or will it need spacing out ect

or if i use the whole 1.8cvh alternator can i tension the belt the same way as before ? or will i need to fit and use the adjuster arm?

OFAC uses digital map sensors (2 bar).. OFAB uses analogue (eg, cossie type, 3 bar etc.).. OFAB makes life easier tuning..

You wrote nothing else is needed.

Doesn't it matter that in the EFI head inlet ports, there are places drilled in for the injectors, and in the KE-Jet head there are none?

Is it noticeable, that the injectors are not so close to the valves, and do not inject diretly to them?

Heres the plate im getting

the adapter plate isnt just made for the mainifold to fit the head, in the yellow circles your see machined grooves for the fuel to go through and is aimed into the cylinder and no all over the plate

is that what you was worried about?

Yes, this is what i was asking. You say, with this plate, you get the same angle for the injectors, as if this grooves were in the head. Fine.

Could you please tell some additional information about it? I think it's made from plans, measurements, not from somebodys own idea about the sizes, angles, etc.

Thanks!
