Default Fitting boost controller instead of bleed valve???

Ok so ive bought a boost controller to replace my bleed valve and I know I really need my care remapping to safely do it and I will when I can afford it.. But for the time being ive got this boost controller, the fitting instructions show 1 end going to the wastegate actuator, ok found that on my car. The other end going to the boost source i.e the turbo. But where my bleed valve goes into another little thing and not to my turbo.. Sorry cant be more technical about that little thing its by where all the fuel injection pipes go..... Do I just replace the boost controller where the bleed valve was? Or do I need to find somewhere else to put it? Sorry for sounding stupid but is that thing that the bleed valve attaches to the boost source as stated in the instructions? Cheers for any help

Here's a very crudely drawn diagram of where the solenoid valve should be in relation to the actuator.

As the escort is a metered air system, there should be a return to the metering head for the bleed off air.

Is it an electronic boost controller, or a fancy name for a type of bleed valve?

Default boost controller

Yeah its just a fancy name for a bleed valve. I want to go down to motorsport developments soon and get a proper job but first the clutch needs doing and then I need to save the £350 for the job. Im not going to run 15+ psi just wanna raise it to bout 12 using the boost controller. Cheers
