Depending how it mounts. To be honest I would get shot of the back seats as they won't be a safe place for passengers to be.
Check your insurers as I had a whole load of grief getting cover when I wanted mine. Got there though

i definitely want to keep the rear seats, always more that one person out with me in the car.
I want something that will look good, and maybe do some kind of help if i ever turn the car over, but nothing that would need the seats taken out.

Then do NOT get a roll cage. It is very dangerous to have a rear passenger in a car when their head is surrounded by solid metal bars!
I have a roll cage and my rear seats in place but I do not let people sit in the back for the obvious reason. I am the only person that has sat in the back of my car while it has been moving.

There was an article about a girl who was killed in the most unpleasant fashion as she was in the back of a car with a shitty fake cage. The driver and front seat passengers were fine, rear seat passenger was to quote the ambulance people " smashed like a doll "
I just wish I knew where the article was so I could show you. If your keeping your seat, don't fit a cage. I have a cage but my seat was the first thing to go
