Default s2 clock memory

as up top i set the time and every time i start the car it loses the time and have to re enter what is that down to?

Operator error

Could be a duff clock unit, can you swipe the one out the missus cabby and see if that does the same thing? If it doesn't put yours in her car and deny everything

I would have no balls left if i did do that have swaped for 3 now and have the same shit i mite have to just put up with it lol

Thats very wierd because of the clock works it should be accurate, and i cant see 4 clocks being faulty. Have you checked there is 12v there?

The clock should be perm on so if it goes off, then it isn't wired direct to live and should be. (You should only be able to adjust the clock when the ignition is on btw..but is 'viewable' all the time)

could the starter motor be drawing too much current when starting, taking power away from other things e.g. the clock. just a thought.

theres your problem,
take it out,check/clean all connectors make sure your gettin power from it when turning off
if your not your gonna need to find the breakdown,ive known for people to fit pods in the a pillar and it can touch the wires goin up it to the clock
