Will an S2 head go onto my S1 engine?

As above, will this fit? I've heard the inlet manifold is defferent but not sure bout the head.

Yes. Thought the only difference between the S1 and the S2 inlet was that one of them is 1 piece and th eother 2 piece

Not sure about the difference in inlet manifold but heard a few people talking about how they won't fit when I've been on here before.

You can't fit an Escort head to a Fiesta but I can't think of any reason why there should be a problem going from an S1 to an S2.

I await correction though

Hopefully they both fit. I've never heard of any problems with them not fitting before. Where does your water feed come from for the turbo coolant on the S2s?
