Default Problem Dumping (Dump valve, not shitting)

Right,

Car passed it's MOT today all well and good!

Took it out and before I took it off the road it would dump as soon as I lifted my foot off the gas!

Now when I do it it has like a 2 second delay and then gives a little puffy dump!

Any ideas what this could be guys?

Cheers
