what gaps should they be running 15psi because the manual is for 10 as a standard car.
I don't really think it would be them though because it would still boost up fully.
Its been running spot on and done a few long trips since done bits and it just went funny yesterday.
I was thinking last night, how about an air leak in intercooler??
My turbo hasn't made any noises before and doesn't chuck out any smoke but if the bearings gone and the pressure rises against the blade would this cause the boost to not rise any further and make a fluttering noise?
Any tips on what I should do to pinpoint this problem?

Is your boost controller flashing red and cutting the boost back?
I assume you have the Profect Spec B II?
Try turning the saftey setting off and see how it goes.
