Are these plugs any good

I thought I would take the spark plugs out and have a look. Never heard of them look good has any one had these are they anygood.

these are pp8's.

not too bad of a plug but i was running a st.3 and the tip fell off,put me right off them as it happends quite a lot on these plugs so i'm told.
