Never had to remove the Rad on mine, sometimes the bottom pulley doesn't want to come off that can cause a problem.
Hope it helps.

bottom pully doent have to come off either - if its nice and tight, leave it well alone.... you can slide the new belt behind it and onto the crank witha bit of jigling. the only thing i do to help is to remove the top hose off the water pump and the belt cover (obviously) as you can get to see everything you need - mine has no aircon btw... whether that makes much differene in space...?

On mine you couldn't remove the cambelt cover without the bottom pulley removal.

there are the 3 torx bolts at the top, then 1 6mmbolt witha collar on it through teh bottom, with these 4 bolts out, it just lifts up and out - witha bit of wiggling about

Yep....

We did it a year ago. AFAIR we took radiator out to put pneumatic wrench through to loosen bottom puley, had to move aircon rad a bit too. I'm only talking about the time when we did water pump as well so I might get something wrong...

didnt know the YBP cover was that much different - does it completely encase the front of the engine, oil leaks and all ?

Yep, you don't see much of the front of the engine, no leaks visible too.
