Default Charge cooler upgrade

Need some help, has anyone upgraded their charge cooler to a separate radiator?

ie not the hot water from the engine

What's the best way of going about this?

Are you the same as Gregs who asked about the water injection?

theres a upgrade kit available from pace i believe, consists of all the pipe work, seperate tank and mini radiator.

Try woodford or someone similar

Yes that was him! I'm his fiance. Somehow I managed to lock him out of his account and I thought it'd be a good excuse to get my own set up! :blonde:

Anyways, cheers for that I'll go searching on the net for one now ... get some prices to redeem myself!

LOL, i understand the name now!

Think you'll be looking at around Ł500 for the chargecooler upgrade kit.

Ouch, I would have expected to do it for half that. All you need (as said above) is a header tank, radiator (doesn't need to be too big), an electric water pump (the small Davies one will do) and some hosing to connect it all up.

I only had a quick look in the mags to help.

never had to buy one and happy to stick with a 500 cooler so to be honest im 100% sure what would have been needed or how easy it would be to fit etc.
