hi, my esc coz is a large turbo with bajoo chip and green injectors,scorpion zorst etc,not sure on anything else but was told its around 300-330bhp if this is correct wot sort of boost should it be boosting up to and holding? on the gauge (bar,psi) for it to be this bhp.
any feedback appreciated guys.

Sounds like stage 3, setup 3,bar map 803's green injectors etc,
depending on intercooler, approx 25peak and 22/3 hold of boost.
with uprated fuel pump. If off the shelf chip.

oh yes i forgot its got a rs500 intercooler, well thats surprized me alot because its only boosting under 1 bar,isnt 1 bar about 15psi?
sounds like it needs turning up?? lol

 

HI,

Yes just check the number on the injector's have 803 on them as
you can get different green injectors, the boost is set range by the guy
who wrote the chip, but as a guide if the injectors are 803's,
and 3,bar map sensor with uprated actuator -31probably set to peak
at 22psi, as may run to lean(weak)if to much boost for the chip.
we had a turbosystems chip co% was 3% at idle and 1.5% cruise
fuelling, and boost with 500 intercooler was peak 25, then solid 22/3.psi.
but i checked this setup with turbosystems on buying their chip.
also checked the fuel delivery and pressure after fitting uprated fuel pump. was set as std cosworth .with our injectors although they were
new we had them flow checked and one was faulty?, lucky we did this as
would of run weak on that cylinder,after flushing it , it was safe to use.
and make sure your plugs are upto this sort of boost.
