Rear bumper insert is the black plastic thing you find in new rear bumpers but what is ALWAYS missing in resprayed ones.

Front wing inserts are the black riveted things that you see just before your door if you look to the front of the car.

 

yea the black sticker that goes in the back bumper.

and if you look beside the front wing vents there is 1 stuck infront of the door in the shut if that makes sense.

 

thought you might be on about these, they are not available from ford,tried when i rebuilt mine,i made templates of mine and got a graphics company to make me some replicas using the same sort of grainy textured vinyl

cant find anyting on microcat for the rear bumper bit

 

yes i had them all done,dave, hes not after the grilles he wants the vinyl stickers that go on the ends of the wings [in the door shuts]
