I wonder if using adjustable coilover suspension in Escort Cossie is good idea. In fact I wonder about my car which:
1. is normal street car with full inerior trim and only rear Sparco brace
2. was severly damaged in the past - hit by a truck or somthing like that.
The rear was reconstructed but I don't belive it as strong as from factory. (The damage made by accident and "repairs" by former owner can be seen here http://foto.luftbrandzlung.org/jzn )
Will I be able to ever use coilover suspension with such a car? Is that recomended?
When creating suspension setup for my car I looked almost everywhere but it's hard to find good springs for rough tarmac conditions we have in Poland (car has to be quite high).
Any suggestions anyone?

no, i red somewhere that coilovers should NOT be used on the sierra or escort rears as the mounting points are not strong enough - you would need to convert to a grpA rear frame with mounts specifically for coilovers and reinforced turret tops.

Is group A rear susp. possible to get? And is it good idea for street car?
Or may be there is somebody with many different heights of springs in offer?
