The later eec4 esc cossy had a quicker 0-60 (5.5?) compared to the earlier models @ 5.7?
Earlier ones had a more laggy turbo, and the later ones were designed for easier driving with less lag
As said above - all escort cosworths from factory were 4x4's

WOW In the Untied States the Escort isn't really considered a sports car it's more like a cheep afroadable daily driver they range between $8,000 ~ $13,000 with all of the options. US Dollars which would be about £4,000 ~ £7,000

I wouldn't call it a sports car either TBH.......more like rally cars uber
