Default OE parts.

Just wondering what people have done with any OE parts they have replaced with Uprated bits. Have you kept it or just binned it, doubt their is much money in used OE parts, even on ebay.

Cheers.

People buy ANYTHING on ebay mate!!

Some people keep their standard bits, some people sell them!! Depends what it is!!

These days I would say the cars sell better as a whole, if they are standardish. If they are highly modded they make more if you break for parts.

So keep yer parts if you have space!!

Thats what I was thinking, you see so many people put the car back to standard to get some money back on the parts they fitted.I think I'll keep the Front & Rear brakes but try my luck with the shocks & springs on ebay. Never know.

i've kept all my oe parts. the only things missing to put back to standard are exhaust, airbox/inlet hose and header tank hoses as these were changed before I bought the car.

Oh and i binned the standard bushes after i fitted powerflex as they old ones were worn out.

ive kept odd bits here and there, but you always have a mate that pop's up and needs something so the bits slowly dissapear over the years

Same here except mine still had the original wheels. There now tucked away after making way for some 18's.
