Won an exhaust last week.
He claimed he would send to Belgium so I sent him an email asking for the total price including the postage.
No reaction.

Read the ad again to see if I misread something and he wouldn't send it over afterall.
Clearly stated he would send overseas but you needed to contact him before bidding.
Ok my mistake but no problem as we've got a friend in Kent he can send it to.
So I send him an email saying he could send it over to someone in the UK and ask him to confirm before I'm sending over the cheque.
No reaction.

Tried the phone.
"This number is no longer in use"

Sent an email to ebay asking for help... "Sorry nothing we can do". Well... thank you very much

Now the item is back for sale again

all this non payment thing is a load of rollox.. i mean who really cares, ive tried selling stuff on there and had a few time wasters, but that up to them, they either want or they dont, if no one loses out, then fuck it i say.

I gave him neutral feedback simply saying "Doesn't respond after winning an item. Item is back for sale..."

And as if a miracle happened he actually answered
As a huge thank you I got a NEGATIVE feedback saying "Didn't pay for the item, and then leaves me bad feedback. Unbelievable."

I've sent him several emails and he didn't think it was necessary to answer but one word in the feedback thingie and BANG he can type an email after all

So I added: "Left him NEUTRAL feedback for not replying to my emails! Price not high enough??"

My perfect record of 100% positive feedbacks is history though

 

unlucky but it happens to us all eventually its virtually impossible to keep 100% there are just too many wa*kers about

 

if people see the feedback is negative, they norlamy always read what it's for
if it comes back as the seller being a cunt then it's not your fault so don't worry

What we all knew was going to happen happened of course.
Send the cr*p goods back (got proof of that including tracking number) and it was delivered to him on 31/07.
One month later and still no refund...
He's having trouble typing as well I think because no reply to any of my emails.
So for the very first time in my life I left some negative feedback: "Returned item & you received it on 31/07. 1 month later and still no refund!!!!!"

That really seems to help because one day later you DO get emails and stuff

Got some red back as well: "not fair !!" (think he needs to pay for each letter he types on the internet or something...)
So I asked him (as a reaction to my neg feedback): "What's not fair? Selling fake stuff? Not refunding my money? You've had 1 month!"

Almost starting to enjoy this stuff

 

good on you too many shite sellers get away with it because people darent leave bad feedback in case they get the same, there should be a fairer way of doing it
