My Escos under normal driving seems to be wandering slightly to the left when you let go of the steering wheel. When you hold the wheel it seems as though it wants to slightly force its self to the left. Under heavy breaking it seems to get a lot worse and pulls to the left a lot quicker! Ive already changed the front breaks and pads and also replaced the front bushes.
Tracking had been checked, all OK
It only last week had a service and MOT and the garage didnt find anything.
Anyone have any other ideas what it could be?
Cheers,
Lee

Have you had the front geometry checked ? Mine was the same & is much better after it was adjusted to 0.5mm toe in on each side I'm sure it was.
Made a big difference.

Road camber....most cars do it I've driven, the roads is built with that angle on it to allow the rain to run off....
Drive the car in th middle of the road, so white line goes under centre of car and try. Make sure there ain't no large trucks coming.

U say u got a laser alignment,,, Did it show the rear wheels as being out at all?? bent rear , very easy to do as they are so weak,
whats the mileage of the car. Any tyre wear on edges, have the cords of the tyres twisted? Happend on my van. New tyre and it drve straight again.
Play in steering rack? Broken damper spring's weak damper spring's,
Tracking not done properly ??

Thanks for the reply cossieDavedree, it started wandering before the MOT, when I got the alignment done nothing needed adjusting, all wheels were correct. It done 53,000. All tyres are fine, not showing any worse wear on any tyre. Think i`ll get the steering and springs checked next then.
cheers
